We use malt barley grain from our friends at Pressure Drop Brewery to give this bar its unique flavour. Malt barley grain is a by-product of their process, so what better way to be sustainable than by using it to create a mouth-watering malt chocolate.

“Roasting our Honduran beans slightly longer than normal gives this bar a more intense flavour. The underlying coffee aromas balance perfectly with the sweetness of the malt barley.”
