RETURNS

We operate a 14-day returns policy, however, there are some products that cannot be returned. 

 

Toiletries, earrings and personalised items cannot be returned, even if they are unopened.

 

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you can do so provided it is unopened and still has all original packaging etc. To return an item, just send an email to info@foldliving.com and we will provide you with an authorisation number and address.

 

If you have received your order and you believe there to be a problem with it, email us at info@foldliving and we will do our best to put it right.

Please note, we are currently allowing a 72 hour incubation period for all incoming returns due to COVID.
